Once purchased Adopts/Designs can not be refunded/retunred

Adopts/Designs cannot be used commercially unless commercial rights are discussed and purchased.

You cannot claim to be the creator of the Adopt/Design.

The owner of the Adopt/Design is free to use the artwork for page-dolls, reference sheets, etc as long as I am credited!

I retain rights to the artwork itself allowing me to use it in marketing/advertisement unless previously discussed.

You are free to edit the Adopt/Design however you wish! It is yours now so run forth and be free.

You may edit my artwork of the Adopt/Design but still need to include me in the credits of that image.

The Adopt/Design can be used in any personal work you like! I won't limit how creative you want to be.

Reselling is allowed

Trading is allowed

Gifting is allowed
